Family Xpress Weight Machine

BodyCraft has put together a solid investment with returns for every member of the family in the Family XPress home gym. This unit includes two weight stacks, a bench press station, a cable station, ab crunch station, low and high pulley stations, a leg extension/curl station, and a leg press station. The seats and backs are fully adjustable to fit every member of the family, with forward and tilt adjustments to vary exercise positions. Heavy-gauge vinyl is double stitched with a high-density foam filling contoured for lumbar support and maximum comfort. In the stack station, precision-milled, steel-alloy weight plates exhibit the quality built into the product. Using EZ Glide nylon bushings over chrome-plated guide rods, the plates are enclosed in a perforated steel casing for safety and reduced noise, not to mention a cosmetic enhancement, giving the unit a more finished appearance.

Exercise Stations and Features:

• Low Pulley Station with foot plate for low rows. Fold the footplate down for abductor and adductor, leg kicks, arm curls, upright rows, and more.
• High Pulley Station for lat pull downs and triceps push downs.
• Leg Extension and Curl Station provides seated leg extensions and standing leg curls.
• Leg Press Station for full leg development. 2:1 weight ratio provides up to 400lbs of resistance.
