In a lecture-style format, Coach Coale illustrates an effective method for executing the 4 out 1 in motion offense. After reviewing the basic principles, Coale shares the proper positioning and spacing of each player. She diagrams several plays to enhance the basic motion offense including baseline drives, plays for perimeter shots, and special down screens.
