A two component unit consisting of synthetic rubber latex liquid which blends and stabilizes together with a dry component containing a dehydrating powder and curing chemicals. The combination is mixed and applied on the job resulting in a smooth monolithic underlayer to receive finishing materials. Advantages: resilient, solves difficult bonding problems, easily installed, crack-resistant, excellent adhesion, trowels smooth, contains no solvents, chemically cures from the inside which greatly minimizes shrinkage. Can be troweled from 1 to feather edge. Recommended to fill cracks or birdbaths prior to resurfacing or recoloring.
