Brian Leetch has established himself as one of hockey's top defense men. He is a two-time Norris Trophy winner as the league's best defense men. Leetch won the NHL Rookie of Year in 1989. He won the Norris Trophy Award as the top defense man in 1992 and in 1994 he won the Conn Smythe Trophy for playoff MVP. That year he helped lead the NY Rangers to their first Stanley Cup title in 54 years. In 1996 Brian Leetch was a part of the USA Team that won the inaugural World Cup of Hockey.
