Live Space Show
This Live Space Show is like having your own space observatory. See the heavens using the most powerful telescopes on Earth. Using the power of the Internet, you can log onto a special website that brings you spectacular live viewing of space through high-powered telescopes in the Canary Islands. Each day you are able to join up to 50 group missions organized by leading astronomers to view the wonders of the Universe. Listen to expert commentary on what you see and take pictures of speeding comets, exploding nebulae, and distant galaxies. Your membership gives you one full year of viewing group missions. You also receive three 5 min. solo missions to view space objects of your own choosing. All you need is a computer with a color monitor, an Internet browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer), and an Internet connection of at least 56 Kbps.
