Product Features Dependable 7 1/2HP, 3450 rpm three phase motor has an automatic brake that stops cutter in seconds. Belt tension lever lets operator change spindle quickly and easily. Work hold-downs help secure workpiece to table and fence to protect operator from chips and debris. Drop-in spindles (3/4" or 1 1/4" diameter) are easily mounted or removed, using a locking nut and special wrench supplied with the machine. Three removable steel table insert rings are supplied to accommodate various cutter diameters. Up-front controls include a large emergency stop button, forward/reverse switch for changing fpindle rotation, start/stop switch and spindle lock for removing or replacing cutter. Heavy cast-iron table measuring 31 3/4" X 39 5/8" for supporting large workpieces. Sliding table glides on six adjustable ball bearings for smooth table travel: runs close to the spindle for accurate shapng with minimal vibration. Table Lock halts sliding action for conventional shaping operation. Extruded aluminum fence mounted on heavy cast iron assembly is fully adjustable. Two ports, measuring 4" diameter, accept an accessory dust collector connector for a cleaner work environment. Miter gage with work clamp provides extra holddown support for large shaping projects.
