NeoTitanium Tri-Array Technology
Each satellite speaker has three acoustically-balanced Titanium
microdrivers with Neodymium magnets. These deliver superior sound,
especially when compared to more common aluminum microdrivers, for a
number of reasons:
- Titanium is stronger and lighter than other common metals like
aluminum, making each microdriver more sensitive, accurate and
efficient.
- Titanium has a superior strength-to-weight ratio, to conduct sound
faster and with smoother frequency response.
- Titanium has superior internal damping properties to reduce unwanted
resonant frequencies.
- Neodymium is a rare-earth material with very strong magnetic
properties, ideal for use in small speakers without sacrificing audio
performance.
