Updated for 2005, Summit Gold gas grills feature a sleekly styled stainless style hood with a center mounted thermometer, a robot-welded steel frame, and an enclosed cart with stainless steel doors and door handles. The Summit Gold D4 gas grills includes one thermoset work surfaces and two swing-up tables with stainless steel inserts, four molded tool holders, extra large control knobs, a fuel gauge, locking casters and crackproof all-weather wheels. The cooking system, rated at 44,000 BTU's, includes four seamless stainless steel burners with infinite control settings and an electronic Crossover ignition system. Cooking grates and Flavorizer bars are made of heavy duty stainless steel. The cooking area measures 700 sq. inches. The Summit Gold D4 grill also has a 12,000 BTU per hour rated side burner; a split fork rotisserie with a heavy-duty motor and a 9,500 BTU rear mounted infrared rotisserie burner; and a stainless steel smoker box with a dedicated 8,000 BTU smoker burner.
